We are amazed we are here already, the centennial of the US National Parks Service. #NatlParkService
We are so proud to have these parks!
They enable us to collect memories with our family and friends. They really are our memory makers. Are we not thankful that we have these open spaces reserved for the wildlife, plants, and natural landscapes for everyone to enjoy. Thank you Theodore Roosevelt!
These parks offer us the ability to conserve for the future and preserves history through historical sites. To enjoy recreation in a natural setting, which encourages a healthy mind and body.
These historical sites encourage us to learn from the past and inspire the following generations to improve the future. Our US National Parks encourage coming generations to unplug from electronics and get back to nature. With 58 US National Parks combined with city and county parks, the opportunities are endless. There is a park in everyone’s backyard.
When we get out and feel the air on our faces through a hike, run, job, paddle, bicycle, unicycle, skateboard, or even rollerblading we feel free. We get to see amazing natural beauties that remind us what life is about.
We can sneak away for those little moments to enjoy with our loved ones, friends or maybe even a solitary moment to regroup, refocus our goals and reevaluating where our life is leading us.
We hope to bring you pictures and enjoy the beauty of the pacific northwest #pnw where #PriorityOneVitamins is located. We live in a magnificent area and would like you to come along for the journey this year as we celebrate the US National Parks in our backyard. More posts to come of parks in our backyard.
Not only does the park service offer you a glimpse of where your park adventures may lead you, their website offers valuable history, pictures, and educational opportunities.
